I'm Christina, and I built Markle DeCoudres Coaching because I lived this. I was the first-gen Latina in Fortune 500 and non-profit boardrooms, building a career in systems that weren't designed with me in mind. I know what it feels like to second-guess yourself while everyone assumes you have it figured out. I know the weight of providing for your family while trying to build something sustainable. I know the loneliness of being the "only one" and the exhaustion of doing it all alone.
Now, I work with professionals who are ready to make their next career move and entrepreneurs who are building something real. People who are tired of navigating systems that weren't built for them. This isn't about fixing you. You're not broken. This is about planting clarity where there's confusion, cultivating confidence where there's doubt, and growing into what's next without sacrificing your wellbeing or your values.
